Your purchase is guaranteed for any manufacturers defects in the frame or lenses for one year from date of pick up. This guarantee does not cover accidental damage, scratches in lens material or breakage. Frame and/or lens covered under warranty must be returned to our office. We can replace frame and/or lens at 40% off within the warranty period if the frame or lens is not covered by warranty.
30-Day Unconditional Guarantee:
If you don’t love your new glasses or prescription sunglasses for any reason and they are in resalable condition, we can exchange them once or return them for a full refund within 30 days of pick up. Applies only to the original purchase. This guarantee does not cover accidental damage, scratches or breakage.
To clean your lenses
Spray the front and back of your lens with the lens cleaner we will provide you when you pick up your new eyewear. Rub it in with your fingers and then dry with a kleenex.
For a quick clean throughout the day, you can use the dry cloth.
Once in awhile you can use dish soap and luke warm water to wash your frame and lens and paper towel dry. This is highly recommended to remove extra oils, make up, moisturizers/sunscreen, hair products, chlorine or salt water, from the frame and/or lens.
