When booking an appointment online, patients can only use one email address per patient file. Please do not change the patient name associated with your email address. If you are booking for your child, spouse or dependent, use a different email address or simply write in the notes who the appointment is for.

As of September 1st, 2023 there will be changes to OHIP coverage for eye exams. These changes are in line with other provinces to prioritize patients with serious sight-threatening diseases like glaucoma and macular degeneration. To review the list of eligible conditions, please click here.
