Dr. Carla Yassa

Dr Carla Yassa grew up in Ottawa, Ontario and earned her Doctor of Optometry degree at the University of Montreal in 2022. 

During her training she was involved in managing the ocular care of patients across various specialties including, pediatrics, contact lenses, myopia control and vision therapy. Her past experience also includes an internship at an eye care centre managing patients with pre and post operative cataracts and refractive surgery. 

Dr Yassa is an active member of the Ontario association of optometrists. She began at BOC in 2022.
