DIRECT BILLING

Our clinics are excited to offer direct billing services to our patients as of Monday, March 17th. We are currently able to submit on behalf of patients insured with Manulife or Canada Life.

Sometimes, Direct billing may not work for various reasons including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Your coverage has been used up for the year.

  • The direct billing portal is down.

  • Your specific plan does not allow for direct billing despite being under an insurance provider we bill to.

In cases where direct billing is no longer an option, patients will be responsible for settling their outstanding balance at the time of their appointment and/or purchase.
